Can you help us know more of your check-in and check out terms and facilities ?

Arriving and departing, early or late at Gokulam park:

  • Check-in at Gokulam Park is 1:00 PM and Check-out is at 12.00 Noon. In case you arrive early or depart late, you can leave your luggage with the Bellman and be free.
  • Relax, shower, and/or change clothes for the rest of your day or your trip home.
  • If your room is ready before 1:00 PM, you will be allowed to check in early on the discretion of the management.
  • If you are leaving after 12.Noon, please let us know 24 hours in advance.
  • The front desk will make every effort to cooperate with you for late check-out.

Does Gokulam Park have parking facilities for hotel guests?

Yes. Our guests have the privilege of the valet parking service.

Are pets allowed at the Hotel ?

Sorry. Pets are not allowed inside the Hotel.

Do you accommodate the physically challenged?

Definitely Yes. In such cases, please inform the Hotel sufficiently in advance and receive the confirmation of the availability of the facilities, the same being of limited availability.

Is there a facility of sending flowers or gifts to a guest's room prior to their arrival ?

Yes. We have. But such special services are to be booked sufficiently in advance and take confirmation from us of the availability of the requested item or service. However, Gokulam Park reserves the right also to deny such requests on practical grounds.

Are laundry services available in Gokulam Park ?

Yes. On a completely valet basis. The pick up will be before 9 AM and delivery after 7 PM. In case of urgent requirements, the same also will be undertaken, based on the practical possibilities.

Will there be a nurse/doctor available on call ?

A doctor will be available on call, for emergency requirements. But the nurse's services are not provided.

Is there a dress code at the hotel / Restaurant / Bar / Pool / Health Club ?

There is no stipulated dress code for the hotel, restaurant or bar. But it insists that the dress should be within the limits of decency and the rules of the country, still making you comfortable and at home.

What amenities are provided inside the rooms ?

Most rooms have a 24 hours live TV, round the clock Wi-Fi, Coffe / Tea Maker, Hairn Dryer, 24 hours room service, Hot & Cold tap water and Ironing board(On request).

Do you have a provision to upgrade my room?

Yes. There is. If you wish to upgrade your currently holding room. Rooms are upgraded subject to availability.

Will you be able to offer a wait list facility ?

Having an online reservation facility, it will be practically difficult to offer a wait list facility. Anyhow, for a special requirement you are always free to contact us.

Are you maintaining a lost and found department?

Yes. We do. In case you happen to need the service, please contact the reception and they will direct you to the lost and found section.

How can a reservation be cancelled or date changed ?

If it is an online reservation, you can again log into our website and make changes, provided you have at least 48 hours to the check in time. Alternatively, you can contact the reservation department at +974 4470 8888 and seek for the assistance.

What is the maximum number of people allowed in a room ?

At Gokulam Park, the designed capacity is 2 people per room. Allowing more people can be at the discretion of the management depending on the requirement and at additional charges applicable.

Visa Requirements

To enter Qatar, everybody, except the natives of Qatar, requires a valid Visa. It can be a Resident Permit (based on work visa or the dependent's visa of a resident), Visit Visa, Business Visa, Transit Visa or a Tourist Visa.

To a selected set of nationalities, visa will be available upon arrival at the Doha International Airport. The nationalities eligible for Visa on arrival are - USA, Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Great Britain, Brunei, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxemburg, Malaysia, Monaco, The Netherlands, New Zealand, San Marino, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and Vatican.

For getting Visa you can approach any authorised travel agents or directly approach the Qatar Embassy in your country.
